returns must be made within 30 days of your
receipt date for a refund.
all merchandise must be accompanied by the
packing list and in unused, saleable condition.
only products purchased on redflower.com
may be returned for refund. red flower products
purchased from all other locations must be
returned to their original point of purchase. no
refunds or exchanges can be given on
promotional items.
we regret that we do not refund original
shipping costs with the return, customers are
responsible for the return shipping & handling
charges. please contact us immediately for
assistance with damaged items.

all returns will be credited back to the original
credit card used at time of purchase within 5-7
business days of our warehouse receiving your
return. there are no cash refunds. please allow
at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment
to appear on your credit card statement.

delivery options
red flower ships most domestic orders via ups.
ups options* include (cost an average):
ground, $7.50 (free on orders of $100 or more)
- delivery within 5 to 7 business days for
orders.
3 day select, $10
2nd day air, $15
next day air, $20
*the cut-off time for picking and shipping
orders is 12pm est, monday - friday (excluding
holidays), so please choose the appropriate
ship method in order to receive your order
timely.
select items require special handling as
specified by federal, state and local regulations
governing the transport of these items, and the
method of shipment for these items is dictated
by these regulations. at red flower, we comply
with these regulations; therefore the shipment
of some products to certain locations,
specifically alaska, hawaii, and u.s. territories
and po/apo/fpo boxes, is not possible. if this
affects your order, we apologize for any
inconvenience and thank you for your
understanding. if you wish to provide a valid
physical address within the continental united
states to which we can deliver, we will be
happy to ship your full order. please contact

ups does not deliver to p.o. boxes; however,
we can ship orders via u.s. postal service.
military installations
ups does not deliver to military installations;
however, we can ship orders to apo and fpo
boxes through the u.s. postal service. please

we ship to alaska, hawaii and the u.s. territories
via ups ground, 2nd day air, and next day air.
