If a product selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you have the option to be notified via email when this product comes back in stock. red flower does not accept any backorders. Promotion Codes
occasionally, we will offer our customers special promotions via email. These offers are available for a limited time only and expire on the date communicated. Promotions cannot be combined. At checkout, please be sure to enter the promotion code exactly as it appears in the email. Gift Wrap
All orders placed on redflower.com have the option to be gift wrapped for $5 which include a message card that you may personalize during checkout.
Sales Tax
In compliance with state law, we charge sales tax for orders being shipped to NY. Sales tax will be applied to your total purchase, including shipping and handling charges.
Payment Options
To pay for your order, you have the choice of American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Please note that only credit cards issued by a U.S. financial institution will be accepted. red flower is unable to accept credit cards that have been issued by banks in foreign countries. For security purposes, your billing name and address must match the credit card information used for payment.
Military Installations
UPS does not deliver to military installations; however, we can ship orders to APO and FPO Boxes through the U.S. Postal Service. Please call our Customer service team to place an order at 212-966-1994, ext 0 or via email at taketime@redflower.com.
Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
We ship to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories via UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. Regretfully, for these destinations, 3 Day Select is not an available option.
Canada
red flower does ship to Canada.
Other International Locations
If you find that the site is unable to ship to your destination country, please visit our store locator for retail locations near you.
Our goal is to deliver your order to you in the most timely fashion possible. The majority of orders ship within one business day of order placement and take 5-7 business days to arrive via standard ground shipping. Order Tracking
Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation will be sent to your email so you can monitor the delivery date and time of your package. Returns must be made within 30 days of your receipt date for a refund.
All merchandise must be accompanied by the packing list and in unused, saleable condition. Only products purchased on redflower.com may be returned for refund. red flower products purchased from all other locations must be returned to their original point of purchase. No refunds or exchanges can be given on promotional items.
We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return, customers are responsible for the return shipping & handling charges. Please contact us immediately for assistance with damaged items.
Returns Procedure
Please call 212-966-1994, ext 0 or send an email to taketime@redflower.com. to receive a Return Authorization Number and reference your redflower.com order number in your request. Please send product(s) to our fulfillment center at:

All returns will be credited back to the original credit card used at time of purchase within 5-7 business days of our warehouse receiving your return. There are no cash refunds. Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
